Meet Our Team

Priscilla is the general manager and has been part of the practice since April 2010. She attended Park University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in 2008. Priscilla enjoys being part of a team that creates a positive, fun environment for children while helping them build healthy dental habits early in life.

As a general manager, Priscilla focuses on keeping operations running smoothly while supporting both the team and patients. She helps create efficient systems, promotes excellent customer service and encourages a positive workplace culture.

Priscilla is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, going to the movies, traveling, reading romance novels and working out.

Crystal is the office manager at Smile for Less Horizon Orthodontics. She joined the practice in April 2019, and has grown with the company through hard work, dedication and continuous learning. Crystal attended the University of Texas at El Paso, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2021.

Crystal loves the positive and uplifting environment of the practice and values the chance to work alongside dedicated providers. She began as a receptionist with no dental experience and has since grown into a management role. She contributes to the success of the practice by motivating her team, encouraging great customer service and helping create an environment where patients feel welcomed and supported. Crystal is also the proud mother of a beautiful daughter.

Phylicia is an office manager at Fabens. She joined the practice in April 2023 and became office manager in July 2024. Phylicia graduated from dental school in 2013 at Kaplan University. She has experience working in pediatric dental offices as well as adult and general dental offices.

Phylicia enjoys being part of a team where everyone works together to provide positive experiences and strong outcomes for patients and employees. She contributes to the success of the practice by being reliable, organized and focused on creating a great experience for each person who visits the office.

Phylicia has a blended family with five children and is the oldest child with one brother. In her free time, she enjoys country dancing and attending her children’s sports activities, including football, soccer, basketball and color guard.

Rosy is an office manager who joined the practice on January 6, 2011. She has been a registered dental assistant since 2012 and has completed professional training in dental assisting and office administration. Rosy continues to stay current with industry standards and best practices.

Rosy enjoys being part of a team that is dedicated to quality care and creating positive experiences for each patient. She helps the office run smoothly by overseeing daily operations, supporting the team and maintaining a high level of organization and patient satisfaction. Rosy is committed to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and staff, and she takes pride in contributing to the overall success of the practice.

Ray is an office manager who joined the practice in July 2020. He earned a bachelor’s degree in medical assisting from Southwest University. Ray values being part of a practice that prioritizes empathy and genuinely cares for both patients and team members.

Ray strives to make a positive difference in the lives of patients and employees. He is committed to carrying forward the message established by Dr. Erikson: to lead with compassion, aim higher and never settle for less. Through his focus on patient care, leadership and growth, Ray helps foster an environment where the team can thrive.

Ray is married and is the father of one daughter and one son. In his free time, Ray enjoys playing soccer, attending music festivals, reading and spending time with his family.
